If you run Magical Jellybean Keyfinder, you should be able to find the Win7 product key. Enter that key at this link, and if it validates it, download the Win7 ISO and use that to install. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

Well I fucked up. I can't even boot now because I did a product recovery but that scraped windows. I didn't grab my iso prior. Shit. I may be SOL and have to purchase a new win 7

Is there a product key sticker on the unit itself? You may be able to use the link above on another system with that key.
