Avast, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, Speccy, BOTH Chrome & FIREFOX, Revo, ImgBurn, VLC (should you plan on recording or streaming), foobar2000 & iTunes (necessary so that Foobar can play M4A files seamlessly)
VSCode (Visual Studio) OR Notepad++, pick one.
Do NOT get Steam via Ninite. Grab their installer off Steam's main webpage (hxxp://store.steampowered.com)
7Zip & WinRAR - google for both of these & make sure to pick the RIGHT version for YOUR system! (32-bit O/S, 32-bit/x86 installer; 64-bit, 64-bit installer - MSI installers are excellent, if available, as these have gone through & been vetted by Microsoft.)
Get Silverlight as well as IE will eventually complain that it needs it. No clue as to why.
