i kinda gave up, had them restore my data on the new notebook and bought the predator triton. awesome machine. added an extra year warranty on top to be sure.

How much did you pay?

1850€ minus 50€ voucher from the repair so plus 150 for extra long warranty so 1950€ total and i got a free mouse from roccat with it.

Sell the old one rather than letting it sit.

i left it at their shop.

so now they can fix it or huck it for parts, great job, with customers like you no wonder their in business still.

So paid them for not having the expertise to fix it, then gifted them the laptop for a job well done. Not trying to rub it in just pointing it out for next time.

Anywho they will try to fix, damaging it beyond repair, take some parts out, then sell on E- bay "untested, prob works we had no adapter to test"
