Hmm. Yes. They get paid 1 penny per view at a rate of 10$ per thousand views of that ad. And that's on the high end. The low end of the scale is 2$ for every thousand views. That's if they're partnered.

Most streamers make money from donations, patreon subscriptions, twitch subscriptions, indorsememts, etc. Twitch aka Amazon is making all the money from ad revenue.
