and ran unigine superposition and gotta 9018

update bios and/or reset your cmos.
Also re-seat cpu if you can, look for anything that maybe in the socket or a bent pin.

How do you know this????

Task Manager.
He has the latest BIOS, and it's been reset a couple times.
We removed all his overclocking settings
We are now messing with his vid card driver because he's not getting proper scores on Unigine Superposition.
