i wonder if he's caught on to the joke yet
a 960 is absolutely strong enough to drive 2x 1920x1080 monitors for what you're doing, easily, basically at idle.
hell a gts 450 would do the job.
the problem is defo on the software side of things

agreed even onboard can do this

usbc to hdmi port like not plugged into gpu?

Well probably not although only because mobo prob doesn't have 2 places to plug a monitor in, the actual horsepower would be there though yeah that's how non-demanding what you're doin is. I actually don't know what Ghot was going on about with the 27" thing.

Did I miss the part where the OP said the screens were 1920x1080? I'm assuming they are 2560x1440.

4K is 3840x2160. 2560x1440 is like 2K

/e Anyways, if they really are 1920x1080, yeah, then you have a software issue.

he literally said "full hd, no 4k"
what do you think full hd means?
more importantly, what do you think 'no' means?

That said, a gtx 960 would handle 2x 4k monitors just fine.

I think full HD means absolutely nothing. The resolution matters...the numbers.
