Feel free to get other people's opinions here. I just posted an example of a system you could put together which would beat an off-the-shelf system from Staples/Best Buy in performance for the same price or less.

630 hd can play Skyrim barely if you REALLY fiddle with it, so it comes down to whether or not ESO is more graphically demanding.

The Steam version of ESO says it wants a 750/7850 as a GPU, so I can see where an Intel 630 would failboat.
