We already summed it up. Get better power supply, gpu, and rams are overpriced. Also you don't seem like the enthusiast type to delid 7700k and OC to 5.0+ GHz to use it to its full potential.
You're gonna benefit so much more from 1700 instead, especially if you're streaming and gaming. Just saying

You need to be looking for m.2 or 2.5" form factor.
