Well its not worth a whole lot of effort, its a 2007 macbook. So if it isn't easy, i dont think we wanna go through much more trouble.
Any easy recommends for putting a mac os from a windows PC? there is no way to interact with anything onthe mac itself.

If you want to make a bootable mac os disk on windows its pretty easy.
lots of guides on youtube, you can determine if its worth your time or not.

Definitely worth it to still try an install. Given that you are unsure of the condition of it a CD wouldn't be my first choice. Try to get a bootable drive set up to install OSX 10.6.3.
