Still undecided. :(

Wish I understood headphones better. They Beyer ones don't have noise cancelling from what I see.

Would getting the 250 OHM over the 80 OHM be any different? They are about the same price.

I don't necessarily need them to be LOUD, but heavy bass with good noise cancelling is great. I can always get an amp if I need one, right?

Active noise canceling is meh, a decent pair of closed headphones will isolate you enough for everyday use.

For 250ohm you'll need a pretty good amp, The fiio x1 is lacking when pushing 200+ ohms imo

Just get the 80 ohm, It's a happy medium.

What does 80 compared to 250 mean? Better quality? Louder? More bass?

How much is a pretty good amp? You have to plug those into a power outlet, right? Or USB?

I have a few power banks that I used for travelling so an amp wouldn't be terrible to use. I just want to keep my total costs under $200. So if the 250 OHM has a noticeable difference I may go with that. I just have no idea what I am walking into. Wish I had a little more time so I can read about it! Unfortunately I have no time to read up and have to ask. :P

small differences on all the ohm versions most can not tell the difference

Doubt you'd notice the difference, The 80 is far easier to use than the 250.
