Wouldn't hurt air flow if at all tbh. remember theres no other real air flow in that case aside from front fan and psu

it has front to back air flow
hdd cage is in the way for mounting it in front I believe

never implied front mounting.
I mean w/e he has now isn't exactly getting fresh air either.

No
not at all, your air should come in from bottom and rise like warm air tends to do naturally.
the gpu in that pic cycles air, it does not push it downward. The psu pushes air out the back also.
