Your mobo supportds a 220W CPU, but your CPU does not support those temps.

62C is max. temp for your CPU.

Always have current drivers installed though, how do you recommend I proceed? Like I've tried this option. My graphics card for example, has the newest one and then a recommended one, I've tried both the recommended and newest. Eliminates the graphics card.
Device manager, tells me I have up to date software, next step?

You don't install drivers from device manager.
Go to the manufactures web site for drivers only.
do that for MOBO and GPU.

You should also uninstall old drivers with ddu first before applying new ones.

before any of this fix idle temps then your best bet is a complete fresh install to rid yourself of partial files and outdated drivers.

Alright, the problem has been resolved. It was the turbo in BIOS. The fx9590 when overclocked and having turbo enabled causes the system to become unstable and just freezes.

Yeah, 1st step when overclocking is to turn off the Turbo. :)

Well, the rest of the world calls it Turbo Boost. :)

AMD motherboards, especially ASUS motherboards, come with an overclocking Utility, that's sometimes called Auto Overclocking.

The setting in the BIOS that the OP is referring to is called AMD Turbo Core, or Turbo. :)
