Case definitely isn't helping. I'm running x264 at 1.35v/4.4GHz and it's bouncing from 72C-75C. So 7-12C cooler.

E: Nvm. Found it. So what... you take the lid off, replace the thermal compound, and then glue the lid back on? Or do you just remove the lid and put thempaste directly on the PCB (or whatever you call it)?
