First thing I would do is get your RAM running at the right speed. Unless you have 2400Mhz RAM, which the timings tell me you don't have...you probably need to go into the BIOS and use the XMP profile, which should set your RAMs speed properly.
HER comp definitely has faster RAM than 2400Mhz. The 16-18-18-35 timings tell us that.
The only other thing I can think of, is she may possibly has the ASUS Utilities installed. They come on the driver CD, and the Utilities, really shouldn't be installed.
Yeah I will make her clock her ram properly , but to be honest ram speed does not do that much. I will make her check for asus utilities and re-instal windows. Other than that I have no ideas anymore.
