swapped out HDMI cables, same thing.

thought it was video card, put old one in.. same thing.

All you need to find is what software or device(s) that are COMMON to both TV's.

what do you mean by this?

Brands are completely different, sizes completely different.

Both are using the same surge-bar / power outlet.

hdmi cord, video card.

Not the TV's. The problem will be with w/e ELSE is common to both TV's.

I don't know where the image is coming from, or how you have things set up. BUT, if your grandma's TV has the same problem....then it isn't your TV that has the problem.

/e In other words...something besides the TV is causing the problem.

i came to that conclusion ;)

my panel on my tv may actually be messed up since it was having bleeding/ghosting, but the strange grunge textures across the screen are common to both tvs.

tell me what you need to know, and ill tell you.

anything i can do to get help...

ive tried everything

is it possible the power outlet or surge bar is the problem?

the PSU, CPU, Motherboard?
