Yep it didn't help. The computer isn't very old so I'm not sure what the problem might be. It worked perfectly fine, then one day it started running like shit. I was hoping this would fix it so I don't have to deal with tech support...but noooooooope

That BBY memory probably isn't going to work, as that board uses low-voltage RAM (1.35V - the PNY stuff is 1.5V).
