Lee don't make me bitch slap you.
without a battery it should still dish out a bios beep code for no ram inserted.
if hes not getting that then mobo is toast.

go look at dudes other thread I went though all this already.

/edit
Yeah no bios beep error's
so either not enough power or bad mobo/cpu.

Depends if the speaker is connected or not.

Also, check each individual ram DIMM if you haven't already in each slot.

I complied my computer back again into the case. This time a JME1 light blinked blue.... Idk what this means. Does this mean that the other guy was right and its the battery that is causing it to have difficulty starting up? First day in a while I had the freetime/energy to test it out.

It's literally a $3 battery. Why not check it?

I was going to go to the computer part store the other day but... I was lazy. Do you think Bestbuy has some? Maybe I'll run there tonight to check.

WalMart and most drugstores will have them.

The CR2032 battery is also for watches, so they are very common.

Thanks for ya'lls patience and time. I fixed the problem. It was the PSU. Got a new one and it started up instantly with no issues.
