It's a private company, they aren't going publicize their fuck ups like a publicly traded company like Well Fargo's sale goal incident then there would be a bigger lawsuit on Microcenter. I used to have sales job there. It's not like they told us what we were doing was considered illegal. My manager told me that's okay just use the opened box and display item stock and sell them the extended insurance plan.
