i really need to be able to download stuff on my laptop, otherwise i cant do hw..

I know it takes a while. But let it run. ESET is a very good AV.

After running it, and having IT remove w/e it found, you MIGHT be able to start downloading other programs that will help you clean out that malware.

Maybe, but more importantly....the problem with downloading. Once you get that fixed, theyn you can go to a site like this for case by case virus/trojan removal procedures.

can someone tell me how to remove the malware that redirects me to random sites?? maybe i can try to download it on firefox or avast safezone browser

maybe listen to what i've said.
and follow peoples directions all the way through.

i dont have usb or disc for your method

then buy one or restore your pc if you have a recovery partition.
