i rma'd my first one (i bought it day one so i had some of the first batches) because of a dead led, but nothing's perfect. corsair was pretty quick with the replacement

my guess is he's either hit, or dropped his keyboard, because i've not had the double register issue.

Just because you haven't had the issue doesn't mean others can't. Keyboards are still electronics and electronics can fail.

I haven't done anything to physically damage the keyboard, if I did, why would they replace it for me? this replacement they've given me hadn't even lasted a full month before repeating keys and it's a known issue, on their rma website "my keyboard has a key repeat issue" is literally the first thing in the drop down menu of issues.

and 'repeat key issue' is like one of the few things that could possibly go wrong with a keyboard
it's not like they're gonna put "my keyboard can't make calls" on the dropdown list
