I'm on skype with him now.
the drive is detected but it won't boot the recovery console.
Either the drives bad or the OS is too corrupted.

Were going to reinstall 10 now, then test the HD.

You go, dood. :D

yeah thanks again for your help tonight. What a pain in the butt lol. I'm just hoping it's just the windows being corrupted and not my HDD going bad :(

Im having somewhat the same troubles with mine just started this past weekend. Its super hard to boot the computer sometimes it takes 4 or 5 reboots. I finally narrowed the freezing problems to my main drive running a constant 100% while cpu and ram and stuff are running less than 10%.

I have win7 upgraded to win10.

THAT could be an infection, or a seriously faulty program. Drive running 100% is usually a sign of some misbehaving or malicious software.

Ive disabled them already. Im fixing to pull the hdd and put in my hybrid ssd and reinstall win7 from scratch. I think my hd is just trying to lay down on me its 2 or 3 years old anyway.

I also cant get it to image itself to my other installed hd
