more flow out than in is optimal if you have fan filters and there's no "open spots' for dust to seep in.

Well since every review says with 4 fans...arrange them like I said. Yet you disagree, I'm curious to see what secrets you must have discovered.
You must be a cooling expert to NOT be influenced by every damn tester on the planet.

Even I know this is not true, and I'm relatively new to building PCs. Intake loses some, and it also depends what fans you have to work with and what they're capable of producing...

This guy doesn't have 4 identical fans, so 2 in / 2 out for him would absolutely not be neutral.
