If its for low priority storage like movies, rarely used but huge steam games and random software it's fine. It will use less power vs a black edition.

Just put the OS, drivers, and your top 5 games in the ssd.

I got 9 WD Black HDDs by now...who ya gonna tell that they are loud. :/

OS on SSD is an option as well. Just ask yourself how busy your hard drive will be and whether or not a black is worth it
