Actually, I sold it and the 413 piece Craftsman tool set as well. I never used them. Got what I paid for them, so that was cool.

Then I just bought the specific tools I would use.

/e Didn't really have room for it, anyways...

A great little spot for one person. To bad that one neighbor doesn't live there anymore. The one with the air beer.

This is a large efficiency apt. but it's not that large.
You see how close everything is to the bed...it's coz it has to be that close.

With a bed frame, it would have moved the comp desk and the comp...too close to the windows A/C unit.
Figured I didn't need and condensation getting blown into the comp. :)

This is an old pic ofc, Newegg sticker is gone, wall under A/C is fixed and painted etc.

Tell me why They would have to be moved
Isn't the frame just elevating the bed? So why do stiff need to be moved?

Look at the middle pic in post #6. You see how close the height of the bed is to the window sill?
That's another reason. A bed frame with a headboard would be blocking the window, a frame without a headboard would be kinda dangerous...head up against glass etc.

But mostly, I never understood the NEED for bed frames. I don't have to vacuum under the bed, it's easier to "make" the bed...etc.
Plus, since we are past the days of dirt floors, or floors with rough wood planks, don't have to worry anymore about varmits. :D

The pic of my furniture layout is not really to scale either. The bed could be placed nowhere else, without severely blocking something.

/e Btw, before you go there...the computer desk is NOT moving anywhere. In a 1908 2nd floor apt. with no insulation, it NEEDS to be right where it is. :D

I got sun on the left and top wall, in the morning, and sun on the right and bottom wall, in the afternoon.

But thank you for your concern.

I remember the 1st real computer I had. It was a whopping 12.5 Mhz CPU. A souped up Intel 80286.

/e It was a pain though...had to install mouse drivers, just to use a normal no frills mouse.
It's been a while, but I think I had to do it every time I rebooted the computer. :)
