Is it possible to run a speed test on the modem itself? All your stats in the previous post are perfectly fine.

On your computer type "ipconfig /all" and paste the results minus your IP address. If on linux use "ifconfig -a'. Run these in your terminal.

I wonder if your computers are not running at full speed. In particular I want to know if they are running 10/100/1000 and full duplex or half duplex. You should be connected to it at 1000mbit (gigabit) and full duplex.

Also when I meant phone box I did not mean the one on the outside of your house. I meant the large metal boxes usually on the corner of your neighborhood. Sometimes they are underground so you may not be able to find it. You want to be fairly close to one to get vdsl2 100mbit to work. If you're too far you will get signal degradation and lower speeds.
