nothing indicated any multiplayer aspect
untill they plan to release a ginormous patch soon to implement multiplayer, you're on your own
you can't build structures or bases

this game has less content than minecraft or unturned
atleast those games give you the freedom of creativity
this game gives you the freedom to look at random generated planets not individually designed/detailed planets

not worth the $60 for sure

Yea, Too be honest I thought it was multiplayer.




I got it for $30 :3


Very few games are worth the $60 now tbh.

Especially when they expect you to rape your wallet 1-2 months later with $20~ DLC's to most games.

They never said 100% no to multiplayer.

The devs quote is "The game’s world is actually a shared universe, with players connected online, much like how it works in Destiny or World of Warcraft. But No Man’s Sky is so unfathomably huge that it’s unlikely that you’ll ever meet another player. The chance of encountering a friend at some stage is essentially zero." (If you do find a planet once touched by another player, apparently you'll know, though Murray wouldn't offer details.)

So no fast travel, no friends list, no co-op or guild chats.

I understand why

wow thats so fucked up. not even misleading. he straight up says its multiplayer lol

but a comment said this:

"2 players noticed they were in the same system so they agreed to meet up at a space station. They couldn't see each other at all. The time of day on the planets was different as well. They relogged and tried all kinds of things but couldn't see each other."
