I seriously doubt the keyboard is broken.
I think you are just upset and not reading through the manual correctly.

I have a Shine 2 and a Shine 3, which I have been abusing for 3+ years...no issues.

/e Ducky Shine keyboards...hardly ever break. Even if they did, you can just RMA it.

Yes I understand your point and I want to believe that it's true, but tbh I tried everything that i'm thinking of.

I red the manual, I had it since the beginning but tried really every single FN + combination or reset factory or the Dip behind the keyboard.

I just can't explain why does ESC act like F11, or F5, why does everytime I press caps lock it copy something randomly and sends it out?

I'm so lost

Look, I know you want the fg...you can have it. I seriously doubt the keyboard is broken. I would bet it's either a Windows problem or a setting...set incorrectly.

Well, If I had another computer I could have tested out on it but don't have anything to test it :/ And like I said, I reseted it to factory so even if I would have changed something it should be back on normal, isn't it?

It's a her...if she can't help... :(

It could also be a Windows problem..assuming you're running Windows.

How long ago did you buy it?

Oh shi, already sent a message with saying in it "dude" haha, well i'll fix it :p

Yeah i'm on windows 10, formated like 1-2 months ago.

I bought my keyboard the 9th of april 2015 so only 1 year.

I had a razer lycosa before that for about 6 years and never had any problem :/

I think that my left collumn is dead, so something must have happened inside the keyboard like circuitry failed.

Cause the only things that don't work are ESC, ², TAB, Caps Lock, Shift and CTRL rest is fine.

I guess need to check with provider

Just because it never has happened to you doesn't mean it can not happen. You seem to think like this a lot. There are plenty of reasons why the keyboard can behave like this, two of them being either the flash is going bad or there is some kind of physical damage to the traces on the PCB.

@OP: Try booting into a Linux live disk and seeing if the problem persists. I suggest https://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu/ and burning the ISO to a DVD. Alternatively you can try software like unetbootin to mount the ISO onto a USB thumb drive so you can boot from that if your computer does not have a DVD drive. Once done, insert it into your computer and boot from it. Without installing it should drop you into a graphical environment where you can open a web browser, or a note pad to test if the keyboard is functioning.

This would eliminate the factor of it being a windows specific problem or if the keyboard is really defective. I would also attempt to try alternate USB ports on the computer.

My money is damage to the PCB.

Anything spilled in the keyboard? Not reading thru 29 posts to find out. Or try and use it on another computer in the house if possible.
