mobo lights are all lighting up... the MOBO is brand new I dont think it is dead

edit: and all the fans are spinning apart my gpu

Well you're not getting a signal from GPU or the onboard..

k so you do know sata drives dont have a master/slave jumper anymore right
thats done by the sata controller.
