If you're just cutting straight lines on plexiglass or similar plastic...just use a table saw.

In fact, just take measurements and find an AIN Plastics retailer in your area....they will cut to size, bevel, anything.

I thought about doing both those ideas but my table saw blades are too big. I need to buy some new, smaller teeth ones.

Probably just three. I'm forcing myself to redo some of the boring shit so I'm dragging it out.

Aw man

Well I can attest the difference between 2 and 3 is noticeable. Not sure how hard tri to quad would fall off
