Re-installing windows is such a chore.

I keep a fully operational copy installed on a diff drive that I keep in my drawer lol

Had like 70gb free on my hd.

Needed to swap over to my new 3tb drive as my main storage, Figure i might as well re-install everything while i was at it.


Finished windows, And drivers. Now i just need to set up programs / etc.

What does this have to do with Abduct's thread? Jw.

Wanted to waste time while shit was installing.

On a side note, I'm picking up a BNC to MCX connector tomorrow so I can use some of my other scanner dipole antennas with my SDR. Hopefully my linear regulators come in as well so I can start prototyping more on my mod chips.

Another day and my regulators haven't made it in. Hopefully I will have better luck tomorrow.

Also if anyone has any old rabbit ear antennas for old OTA TV's let me know. I'll pay shipping. It's either I find one of these for a light weight dipole antenna, or I start taping copper wire to my walls and running coax into my radios.

....or go to a junkyard and get some old car antennas.

I could but nahhh. I found my old UV5r transceiver antennas. I need to go buy a so 239 to mcx adapter cable to use it with my SDR. Also I don't think I would be able to use car antennas because they were not made for VHF/UHF frequencies.
