By default the API restrictions do not allow the chipset for active monitoring.* I would have to google chipset.
*without jailbreak/root

they do, but u must deny the call, and it is then forwarded to a free community which then calls u long distance for u answer... so i dunno if its worth it

/cydia tweak "nownow" gives speech to text anywhere on non siri devices using google search (voice) servers

i have 40 down and 20 up LTE ATT US (where i live)
i rem the first time i saw verizon LTE upload speeds, 11mbps... i shit my pants (retailing phones) we were comparing it to my iphone 4s HPS+ (or watever its called) to his verizon LTE... i had like 2mb up (similar to my home cable hs internet)

i use the gg upload for my ps3 (hotspot) to host 24 hour zombie games

if u get a phone call, it switches to 4g for call, and maintains the LTE hotspot (somehow)
