It depends solely on the way you prep it. If you just slap it down on the grill without doing anything to it, then yeah, it's going to be bad. But if you know how to prep it, it'll be better than 5-star restaurants.

I pan cook steaks. Medium-low heat, put fresh ground pepper and italian seasoning on one side, then put it face down on the pan and repeat. Put fresh cut mushrooms to the sides of the steaks, then cover. Flip in 8 minutes. Then flip again after 8. Drain excess juice and flip two more times, cooking 2 minutes on each side. Juicy steaks. Amazingly tender.

1. Take steak.
2. Add kosher salt + fresh ground pepper. If you use pre-ground I will personally come to your house and brain you with my giant pepper mill.
3. Take cast iron pan, add butter. Not margarine, you fucking heather. Butter. Motherfucking butter. If the pan isn't cast iron get the fuck out.
4. Heat pan until it is so hot you can smelt gold with it.
5. Put steak on pan.
6. 2 minutes, flip.
7. Put in 375 degree oven, pan and all, for ~5-8 per side.
8. Sautee mushrooms while you wait. Add steamed broccoli.
9. Eat.

i would not.
id prepare some tofu and if u really want the steak part , just shape it like a steak .
