Edit: If you really want the 5830, it seems like a solid buy if it's priced at $190-$210~

Yes that is true, It will be the best budget card on the market and I'm sure other card prices will drop because of nvidia new card like the fermi.

Will a 5770 work for that resolution for games like crysis and bad company 2 on dx11? (1280x1024)

So keep that mobo go for for single pcie?

I can't seem to find a modular psu priced at 100-110$

So keep that mobo or go for single pcie?

Which is the best PSU modular?

EDIT: I'll get the case you suggested, which 200mm fan should I get for the side panel or 2x 120mm?
This http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103072
or 2x 120mm?

And what for the bottom?

The current 19" screen what I have is this one http://www.planar.com/products/flatpanel_monitors/pl_flatpanel/pl1911m.cfm , should I get a better one or it's fine for gaming.

There is a dvi-d single link cable with it, I hope it doesn't matter vs the dual link. I know it has to do with max resolution and hertz.

D: I don't like widescreen and I'll stay at 19"
You said there wasn't much benifit to play at low res with the 5850...
Which mousepad then :/ I use a slider thing on my desk so ya :/ http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826995022
And which psu/mobo since I'll be using 1 card.

I can't even wrap my head around why you don't like widescreen or high resolutions. Your explanations make no sense at all.

There isn't a such thing as "safety" when crossfiring for the future. By the time he buys another 5850 to crossfire there will have been much better single cards for a good price point that will destroy 2x 5850. Just save the money and buy a new card when you feel the need to "upgrade".
