I say no, even though I would like to see it. It just wouldn't really be a valuable forum since there is only a handful of networking questions posted (here, programming, and in homework help forum) every month...if that often. There's just not enough volume to necessitate it. Honestly, I've only ever even seen two (2) real, actual networking questions. Both of them had to do with vlsm and routing protocols and both were in homework help forum.
I don't consider things like d2 connectivity problems a real networking question. I'm snobby like that.

If you've got a networking question, just make a thread and ask it. If nobody around knows the answer, I'm sure someone will google it just for the e-cool points they'd get for answering.
