I forgot to ask, which Windows (version) are you using?

Win10 is OK, Win11 ver 23H2 is stable for gaming, 24H2 and 25H2 needs to be heavily debloated.

If you are using the onboard WiFi that comes with the motherboard then that is probably what is causing your issues and have been known to cause fps drops/stutter in games even if its on and not being used. Need to disable it in bios and get an actual WiFi card or use ethernet. Can easily test this theory by disabling it in bios and use an ethernet cable temporarily, its not the wifi connection its the WiFi chip they use from realtek/mediatek.

okay, i have tried with cable now and that solved the problem!!

so it comes down to my motherboard apparrently. - would there be a flaw on it since neither the build in wifi or a usb dongle can handle it?

with wired, no issues.
