I think the 4090 is a good purchase in your case and you can't go wrong with X3D purchases for gaming. Just make sure that you undervolt the CPU for better performance as the cache doesn't like heat and throttles you otherwise.
Yeah I will make sure to undervolt. Then no doubt the Arctic Freezer II 360 will keep that mofo under full control.
