I've ordered the following new components for my brand new home office.
  • 2 x LG 21:9 UltraWide 34UM95 Monitor's
  • Gigabyte GTX Titan Windforce Edition
  • Corsair Graphite 760T Black Edition
  • Samsung Evo 1TB
  • ASUS RT-AC68U
  • Corsair Vengeance K70 MX Cheery Blue

Looking forward to upgrading my monitor to two of these beast's. (I do a ton of scheduling via Excel for work, so this is almost required for my job..

It's not that we don't buy each other things (non-special occasions) sometimes. As a part time student and part time worker, I don't make that much money. And I understand the fact that he has $60k+ in student loans still. I don't expect him to shower me with gifts or pay for shit that comes up gratis every time.

Not sure why I'm  having to "justify" my relationship here o.o

lol dont make much money, and purchase stuff weekly

look im not trying to piss you off, you just have a weird relationship in my opinion. thats all.

What I meant is that I don't make that much money that I can just buy things and just give them all away for free... and in that case I only sold to him because he wanted to pay for it and help me out a bit (it was a little after Pax Prime trip last year and expenses for that trip was high).

I also do sell some of my peripherals and things and then use that money to buy new stuff so its not like I'm just buying things constantly and keeping all of them.

You're entitled to your opinion of course, but we're both Asian and we try for a mostly equal relationship. While it'd be nice to get free things all the time, I don't think its a realistic way on how a relationship should be unless perhaps you're married and share a bank account.

agree to disagree :)
with my girl friend, we started doing joint bank account and combined bills into one summary, so in short we do everything bill wise together and just discuss when it comes to buying stuff. we started doing that like, maybe 6 months to 8 months, into the relationship. we've been together for over 8 years.

That's nice and all, but most relationships where money is shared and you're not married or at least engaged, doesn't work out so nice like that. There's a reason why money is one of the biggest problems that can come up in a relationship. Grats on being one of the few successful ones though.

hehe yeah i guess so, i know you're right it just always comes off as confusing for me and hillary ( my gf/fiance ), it has always been so natural for us and never an issue. anywho, i need some tips on these camera settings >_< it's hard to balance shutter speed and ISO, as well as exposure, so i've been keeping all that auto and only control focus and white balance. iso pro status.

might want that camera grip, cool accessory :D
