Good price on the Swan M10, but might be a bit too small considering they will be used for sports/movies etc on TV and not on a desktop.
For a home cinema setup you might want to go for larger floor-standing speakers like this excellent pair (made by legendary designer Andrew Jones

if you can't get hold of them, and absolutely have to stick hold to your budget, you could go for the smaller, bookshelf variant from Pioneer: ($125)

You're going to need a receiver/amplifier. If you want to upgrade to 5.1 in the future you should buy a surround receiver, but if you are certain you'll only want a stereo receiver, you could get something like: ($170)
https://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-TX8020-TX-8020-Stereo-Receiver/dp/B00EE18O7W/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1466634594&sr=1-2&keywords=Onkyo%20receiverHere's a cheap surround receiver from Pioneer: ($199)
https://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-VSX-530-K-Receiver-Bluetooth-Technology/dp/B0141JVEHS/ref=sr_1_9?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1466634594&sr=1-9&keywords=Onkyo%20receiverIts worth noting that with floorstanding speakers, you don't really need a subwoofer, only for the heaviest action movies, in which case you could manage with 2.0 for now and upgrade with an additional subwoofer for $100-150 or so some time in the future when you have more money

I know Pioneer isn't much of an audiophile company per say, but they recently hired Andrew Jones who designed the $80,000 TAD Reference One and several other speakers that a considered to be some of the best speakers ever made... so if its Pioneer speakers made by Andrew Jones... you know its quality. He's like the William Westmancott of audio world
