Fact not fiction ^^
Just ask some of those corn fed Iowa College football linemen.
Corn has zero nutritional value because humans can't digest it.
Learned that from my team leader a few years ago who grew up on a farm growing corn and raising caddle in Nebraska.

I've squatted and pulled over 500 in competition @ 198.
The only "supplements" I've ever taken are fish oils and protein powder when my diet doesn't fill my protein requirements.
The consensual ideology that you need a ton of supplements to make gains is exactly why the health and fitness industry puts so much time and effort into supplement marketing; its bogus, and 90% of the super pump ultra fast absorption protein synthesis spike mega DMAA rapid fat burner doesn't work.
Diet is 90% of the equation.
Say that to all my old army buddies who lived in the gym.

100% Wrong.
You guys have clearly been brainwashed by the supplements garbage, enjoy throwing your money at something you can get from your local supermarket for 1/4 of the price.
Everything has GMOs anyways. Defend that.

I just smoke weed and lift weights. The reason protein shakes are good is because the protein is already broken down. So after a workout take some whey and it goes straight into repairing your muscles, not sitting in your gut digesting. Your body absorbs it right after workout. Sometimes I drink a shake while I workout.
Casin protein is for before you go to bed for long term recovery.
JSP is full of wrong information all the time.
Nb4 creatine arguments.
