yes thats why its called a supplement, to supplement ur diet. it enhances ur diet basically.
but protein powder is one supplement thats good for almost any1 lifting, most people wont eat enough protein in a day. sorta hard to without protein powder.
besides chicken and turkey, most meats with high protein also have high fat. gets boring eating shit tons of chicken and turkey everyday.
Nice job bro. Yeah. A shake is easier and direct. I'm not going to eat 180g of protein through red meat a day.
