yes thats why its called a supplement, to supplement ur diet. it enhances ur diet basically.
but protein powder is one supplement thats good for almost any1 lifting, most people wont eat enough protein in a day. sorta hard to without protein powder.
besides chicken and turkey, most meats with high protein also have high fat. gets boring eating shit tons of chicken and turkey everyday.
