Rice Pilaf. Zucchini or some kind of Squash. Yams and sweet potatoes are good. I like some kind of bread with it and Sourdough is my go-to usually when I want something different. Some grilled or rotisserie chicken goes good with Salmon. You can smoke it or put it on a wet plank and let it warm up. Love me some fish.

Though most salmon I find at restaurants either is cooked too long or dried out. YUCK!

i grilled some tri tip for thanksgiving, first time ever eating it, THATS SOME GOOD MEAT BOI! made it rare, 135F internal temp, was so delicious.
