My vid card doesn't spin it's fan up at all. At 60% fixed fan speed, even 3DMark or Unigine Valley, card stays under 67C.

But it's well known in the industry that squirrel cage fans are stronger, last longer and move more air. Best part of all is that the reference cards exhaust ALL the heat out the back of the case, so the case ambient temp does not rise as the vid card takes a load.

i was always an asus/msi fanboy, but my 980ti is a gigabyte card and i have enjoyed THE CARD, the software on the other hand is pure shit. Whichever card comes out in a red/black color scheme first is probably the one i get

Most likely Gigabyte, They've been good to me so far.

What software do you even use?


Just need Nvidia drivers & if you OC Afterburner.

Does Gigabyte even make software? :rofl:
