can't get past BIOS ( windows nearly loads, then restarts right at the last second )
idle in BIOS at around 45° to 47°max, so probably not the paste ( though thats a kind of warm cor this chip, i might redo paste )

like i said it gets to BIOS just fine, and will start loading windows but it will restart when it's just about loaded. shouldn't be RAM, cause last time had that issue it wouldn't even get to BIOS ( older RAM/mobo though ). so, maybe mobo drivers for my old cpu?

Well they do work but only because they are amber colored lenses. They block blue uv light which is the short wave length light. You can download something like f.lux which I use or just buy yellow/orange/amber colored sun glasses and save the stupid 65 bucks.
