Yea, In order to loan guns, to go shooting/etc you both have to go to a dealer now & sign a fuck ton of paperwork & i beleive a backgroudn check too..

Also if you're caught with a gun that ISNT in your name, You lose your gun rights / voting rights lol

Brother brings me his Lenovo riddled with viruses a nightmare to work with.
