That's pretty standard now for DDR3, not really an amazing deal. And since there's DDR4 that's going to be big new thing, might as well go for the faster DDR3 when they have sales for that kind of ram at roughly this same price.
I got 16gb (2 x 8) of 2133 cas10 ddr3 for $100 a few weeks ago.
