What are you guys planning to buy in the near future? I have my eyes on the T1 2nd Edition, DT 1770 Pro, Beyerdynamic A2, some DAC (don't know which yet) and then I'll wait to see what new product Beyerdynamic will reveal 18th August.

I already have one that is suposed to be better than ODAC. Not sure if I should spend all the money on the A2 and then keep the DAC I currently have or keep using the A20 and get new DAC. Any ideas?

ok i have to ask because i am genuinely interested.

is it really worth the cost($2000+)

for those real nice headphones and amplifiers

i mean the price just seems so steep but honestly if its worth it i might try and get some

There's diminishing returns the higher you go.

Probably after $600~ headphones you start not getting much of an improvment for the amount of money needed after that.

Amp/Dac has long been debated. Sweet spot for those is around $200~ each IMO

I feel like most people take gradual steps with their gear, making it easier to justify getting an upgrade.. My first upgrade from $50 to $200 cans was harder to justify than my jump up to $600 cans.

I find my $800 audio setup to absolutely be worth it, and I will undoubtedly justify the next step in a year or two.
