The 290x isn't fairing too well on Valley/Heaven benchmarks compared to the 780/Titan.
It's actually well below, averaging 2660-2900 Score at 1150/1300.

/eee As I'm sure you know it's in a PCI-E 2.0 slot running at 2.0 when loaded....and it's the SC version.  I'm also on Home Premium x64,  with just about every bell and whistle shut off, classic view, and 34 processes running.
