If you've got IRL friends to play with, I think that makes it 10x more fun. That's why I don't play anymore. The game itself is actually pretty fun. The social aspect of it has completely ended since burning crusade. If I wanted to play by myself or be in a group and not talk I'd just play D2 single player.
