I've looked at getting a wallornament with a shield and a sword, since it would fit nicely into the theme of my house. I just need to find out how I want to hang it, since it has to be either walnut or rosewood to fit in...

Full tang, 6150 Carbon Steel, heat treated to HRC 56, fully functional...but the price...ack !!

I'm totally insane...I just ordered it...total with shipping and sharpening....$3383

The guy who took the order, said I can't cut down trees with it, but it will very easily chop off someones armor or leg...one swipe, NOT that I intend to do that. LOL

Yeah too expensive for me.
I could barely justify a $1600 officer sword that i bought.
